Positio Fraternitatis

In this, the first year of the third millennium, in the sight of the
God of all beings and of all life, we, the Deputies of the supreme
Council of the Rosicrucian Fraternity, have judged that the time has
come to light the fourth R+C torch in order to reveal our position regard-
ing the present state of humanity, and to bring to light the threats that lie
heavy upon it, as well as the hopes that we place on it.
